👻 Nightmare at The Picklr Tournament 🎃

**Teams of 4: 2 Women and 2 Men. All players must register on the app, the website, or at the front desk. Please enter your teammates names in the notes section on the last page of registration. Registrants that do not provide three teammate names risk being withdrawn from the roster.**

Our Halloween-themed, skill-regulated team tournament is here! Inspired by the fast-paced and exciting format of Minor League Pickleball (MiLP), this spooky showdown is designed for adults 18 and older. Players will compete in team matches while dressed in their best Halloween costumes, adding a festive twist to the action. With bragging rights on the line, it’s the perfect blend of competitive play and Halloween fun.

Format & Rules

• Team 14: The four players total skill ratings cannot exceed 14.0. Any individual's rating on the team cannot exceed 4.100. (Example: Player 1's rating is 3.376, Player 2's rating is 4.060, Player 3's rating is 3.517, Player 4's rating is 3.047. The total is 14 and no individual player exceeds 4.1 so the team is allowed.) Totals are calculated at the time of registration, not on the day of the event. If you don't have a DUPR Rating, please contact the front desk for assistance.
• Teams of 4: 2 women + 2 men
• No substitutions (all 4 teammates play every match)
• Scoring:
• Traditional side-out scoring
• Games played to 11, win by 1
• Time Controls:
• Each match capped at 10 minutes
• 2-minute breaks between matches for rest and rotation
• Oversight: Staff & Ambassadors will manage court rotations and pairings
• START TIME IS 8:00 AM. Courts will be available at 7:00 AM for warm-up. Players who are not present and ready to play at the start time will forfeit the first match.
• NO DUPR ENTRY. This event will not be entered in DUPR due to costumes and the possibility of black cats crossing your path.

Every match matters — all must be played for seeding.

4. Game 4: Mixed Doubles 2

• If tied 2–2, the match goes to a Dreambreaker singles tiebreaker!
